Welcome to MAKEAQRCODE (hereinafter referred to as the "tool")! This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the operator of the Tool (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of the Tool.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using this tool. Once you use this tool, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this agreement.

User Registration and Use

1. The user must provide true, accurate and complete personal information to complete the account registration, and be responsible for maintaining the update and security of the information.

2. The user shall keep the account and password properly, and all the consequences arising from the leakage or theft of the account information caused by the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user.

3. It is prohibited to use the Service to generate illegal/infringing content, including but not limited to:

- Spreading malware

- Phishing links

- Information that infringes intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

1. The generated QR code image is free for users to use for commercial purposes

2. The interface design, algorithm and trademark of the platform are owned by the tool

Payment Terms

1. Payment methods: We support international payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, etc. The User shall ensure the accuracy and validity of the payment information.

2. Fee description: Some services of this tool are paid services, and the specific fees and charging standards are subject to the page display. All fees are in U.S. dollars and users may be responsible for differences in fees due to exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Auto-renewal: If the user chooses to auto-renew the service, we will automatically deduct the fee for the next period from the payment account authorized by the user before the expiration of the subscription period. Users can turn off auto-renewal at any time in their account settings.

4. Transaction security: We will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure payment security,mbut we are not responsible for payment risks caused by problems with third-party payment platforms or force majeure.

Refund Policy

1. Applicable Situations:

- Duplicate charges

- The tool cannot be used due to quality problems

2. Non-refundable circumstances:

- Subscription periods that have been used

- Account bans resulting from violations of the Terms of Use

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damages caused by:

- The user entered the wrong content

- Third-party scanning software compatibility issues

- Server outages caused by force majeure

Variation and Termination of Agreement

1. We have the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments, and the revised Agreement will be published on the page of this tool. If you continue to use the tool, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed agreement.

2. If the user violates this agreement, we have the right to terminate the user's account and service access at any time without notice, and reserve the right to pursue the user's legal responsibility.
